Terms and Conditions of Sale

Shop currently in testing phase. These general conditions will be updated upon official registration of the company.

1. Purpose

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Élixir Bloom and any person making a purchase on this site.

2. Products

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are not part of the contractual scope.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Élixir Bloom reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, products being invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the order.

4. Order and payment

The order is validated after full and secure payment via the means offered on the site. A confirmation email is sent after validation.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are specified on the Delivery & Returns page. A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason — except for unsealed hygiene products (patches, gloss, mascara), in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. Élixir Bloom also grants an extended period of 30 days, detailed on the Delivery & Returns page.
